As well as central Departmental services and infrastructure, ICS provides support for research groups and Divisions through a combination of Department-wide desktop and infrastructure support teams and specialist staff working within Divisions. If you have any IT-related queries or problems, we recommend that you contact the IT Helpdesk. If your query is best handled by your Divisional support staff, the helpdesk will pass it to them.
