You can use the links in the sidebar on this page to submit a Helpdesk query, or to send general feedback. There’s also a link to other online forms that you can use to contact us.
IT support in the research Divisions and groups is largely provided through IT staff embedded within the Divisions, and they are often the first point of contact in those areas. However, you can also contact the IT Helpdesk directly. If your query is best handled by your Divisional support staff, the Helpdesk will pass it to them.
